Congrats A025..! the 1st week is always the hardest...just got to 2 mo smoke free today myself!! it's the longest i've quit...

As a way to reward yourself for reaching your milestones, you can seek out activities that bring joy to your life without compromising your progress. Some ideas for celebrating your accomplishments include going to watch a movie, trying out a new restaurant, or getting your hair done.
